I hope you had a good start to the new year? Let’s all keep our fingers crossed that 2022 will finally be the year in which Corona will hopefully soon no longer play a major role.
My family and I were very pleased with the many visitors to our British Christmas Market. And many thanks also to the friends of my daughters and sons who actively supported us in the organization and entrance control. Despite all the necessary restrictions, these were particularly atmospheric Advent weekends for all of us. This is also how many visitors and friends described it to us.
I would also like to take this opportunity to express my special thanks for the numerous letters in which customers gave us valuable feedback on the work of our teams. I would like to take this opportunity to quote from three e-mails from the past year:
Most customers complain when something doesn’t work. I would like to say thank you today. The 3 “boys” did an outstanding job. It was a pleasure to watch the 3 of them work together as a team. Everything went smoothly and harmoniously; everyone saw what was needed without a word.

We received your feedback postcard and sent it back. However, my husband and I wanted to thank your team again. The entire team worked perfectly. Always in coordination with us, the willow was cut back piece by piece. Afterwards, the cleanup and shredding were done quickly and neatly. All three employees were very friendly.
